How do I find a service?
Use the search bar at the top of the page, browse the service catalogue by category, or visit the life events page to find services relevant to your situation.
How do I know what documents I need?
Each service page has a "Required documents" section listing the documents typically needed. Note that some information is based on general knowledge and may differ from actual requirements. Unverified items are marked "Requires verification from the responsible authority".
How do I track my application?
Go to the Track application page and enter the reference number you received when you submitted. If you provided an email address when submitting, you will receive a verification code to protect your privacy.
What do the application statuses mean?
- Received — Your application has arrived and will be reviewed shortly.
- In review — The team is reviewing your application.
- Resolved — Your application has been processed.
- Rejected — Your application is ineligible or requires additional information.
- Closed — The application process is complete.
What does "Demonstration (test data)" mean?
Services labelled "Demonstration" accept test data only. Their outcomes have no legal effect and are for illustration purposes only. The only service accepting real submissions is Complaints and suggestions.
Is this portal official?
No. This is an independent non-official initiative, not a government website. For official services, contact the relevant government offices directly. See the About page for details.
How do I recognise the real portal?
The official address of this portal is gov.ahdjadid.org. Always verify that the address in your browser starts with https://gov.ahdjadid.org/ before entering any data. The portal will never ask for passwords or financial details.
